DELICIOUS & NUTRITOUS NO FAT MUFFIN

Recipe Ingredients for APPLE OATMEAL MUFFINS

2 cups WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
1/2 cup OATMEAL
1/4 cup BROWN SUGAR
3 teaspoons BAKING POWDER
1/2 teaspoon SALT
1 EGG
3/4 cup MILK
1/2 cup APPLESAUCE
1 APPLE

Recipe Directions for APPLE OATMEAL MUFFINS

MIX DRY INGREDIENTS AND THEN ADD WET INGREDIENTS INCLUDING CHOPPED APPLE. MIX UNTIL JUST COMBINED - BATTER WILL BE LUMPY. FILLED GREASED (WITH PAM) MUFFIN TIN AND BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 20-25 MINUTES.
