Adaptation from Dr Oz Oatmeal Muffins They are even good without brown sugar!!

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Oatmeal Muffins

1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 dash Salt, Table
1 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 cup Original Classic Flavors
1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
8 oz Apples

Recipe Directions for Apple Oatmeal Muffins

  1. Soak oats in milk for 1 hour.

  2. Add remaining wet ingredients, mix, then add apples.

  3. Mix dry ingredients, whisk or shift, and fold into wet ingredients.

  4. Optional: Not calculated calories would be an optional sprinkling of cinnamon sugar.

  5. Bake 375 for 25 minutes.
