Recipe Ingredients for Apple oatmeal mini-muffins

1 cup quick oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
200 g sucanat
1/2 banana, mashed
1/2 cup apple sauce
3/4 cup almond milk, original, unsweetened
1 apple, grated
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Apple oatmeal mini-muffins

  1. mix dry ingredients (the sucanat is actually 1/3 cup)

  2. grease muffin pan with 12 of oil

  3. mix wet ingredients plus apple

  4. mix wet into dry

  5. bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes
