susbstituted splenda for 1/2 the sugar (1/4 cup), substituted 1/4 cup light margerine for 1/4 cup oil

108 grams Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
32 grams Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 cup(255 g) Applesauce
12 tsp Sweetener
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp(1 g) Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 large Egg, Whole
0.25 cup Sugars, Granulated
4 tbsp Light Stick

Recipe Directions for Apple Oatmeal Mini Loaves

Whisk dry ingredients in large bowl, wet ingredients in small. Mix wet into dry. Fill 10 muffin or mini loaf pans with batter and bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 35 minutes.
