Recipe Ingredients for Apple Oatmeal Bar

1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
0.25 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
0.4 cup Butter
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 medium (3") Apples
4 tbsp Seedless Blackberry Jam

Recipe Directions for Apple Oatmeal Bar

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except the jam and apples.

  2. Slice the apples thinly.

  3. Press 3/4 of the mixture into a greased pan.

  4. Mix the apples and jam together, and pour into pan on top of mixture.

  5. Sprinkle the rest of the mixture, and bake in a preheated oven at 350 F.
