Recipe Ingredients for Apple Oat Pancakes

1 egg
1/2 c. apple cider
1 c. skim milk
1 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 c. bread flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large fuji apple

Recipe Directions for Apple Oat Pancakes

  1. Mix egg, liquids, and peanut butter

  2. add oats and let sit for 5 minutes

  3. chop apple finely while liquids and oats are sitting

  4. add remaining ingredients except the apple and mix

  5. fold in apple
