A version of my blueberry not-so-crisp.

Recipe Ingredients for Apple not-so-crisp

1 apple (cored & peeled)
1 dash lime juice
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp quick oats
1 tbsp margarine

Recipe Directions for Apple not-so-crisp

  1. Place fruit in microwave or oven safe dish.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl, then sprinkle over fruit.

  3. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes OR microwave on high for 2 and 1/2 minutes or until fruit is tender.
