I actually used 1/2 a cup quinoa flakes instead of the rolled oats but these were not on the database so I wrote oats and put it at the same calorie amount.

Recipe Ingredients for apple muffins

2/3 cup pastry flour
13/20 cup rolled oats
1 egg
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/3 cup sugar
1 apple
1/2 cup applesauce
1/3 cup walnuts
1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 3/4 teaspoons baking soda

Recipe Directions for apple muffins

  1. add wet ingrediants together, with chopped apple

  2. mix dry ingrediants

  3. add dry to wet

  4. put in oiled tins

  5. cook at 375 for 16 minutes
