Recipe Ingredients for Apple Muffins

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups peeled, diced apples
1 egg
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup raw sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup shredded coconut

Recipe Directions for Apple Muffins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, salt and baking soda together. Melt butter. In a separate bowl add remaining ingredients and mix well. Add flour and blend until just moistened. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins (3/4 full) and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let rest in pan several minutes before turning out.
