yummy muffins good for breakfast or with cream cheese frosting.

Recipe Ingredients for apple muffins

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 large eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 7/8 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3 tbs wheat germ

Recipe Directions for apple muffins

mix everything, put into 12 regular sized muffin liners. bake at 400 for 15 minutes, and cool for a long time. if no muffin liners are available, grease the pan a lot.
