Recipe Ingredients for Apple muffins

1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons apple pie spice
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 medium apples
1/4 cup rolled oats, quick cooking

Recipe Directions for Apple muffins

  1. mix all ingredients except apples, peel and dice apples then fold in.

  2. place in muffin tin, makes 12

  3. bake 350 25 to 30 minutes
