Apple muffins with chocolate chips and cinnamon

Recipe Ingredients for Apple muffin low cholesterol

2 cups chopped apple
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup dried cranberry 
2 egg whites
2/3 cup applesauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 cup white flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup wheat bran
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda 
3 teaspoons cinnamon 
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Apple muffin low cholesterol

Mix apples, dried fruit (soaked in water), cinnamon and sugar and vanilla. Mix dried ingredients. Mix remaining wet. Fold wet into apples. Then all with dry. Don't over mix. Bake 20 min 350 oven.
