1 tsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Clean the apple. Peel if desired. Cut into bite size pieces. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey on top so that each bite will be flavored. Lightly sprinkle cinnamin on each bite. Enjoy!
