Like it says, made using a blender.

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Ginger Muffins

2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground ginger
2/3 cup 1% milk
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 apples

Recipe Directions for Apple Ginger Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients into a large bowl.

  2. Put milk, egg, oil, sugar and apple (cut into eighths) into the blender, and blend.

  3. Pour wet mix into dry and stir until just mixed.

  4. Bake at 375F for 30 minutes.
