FRUIT TARTS Can substitute other fruits for filling.

Recipe Ingredients for APPLE FRUIT TARTS

1/2 cup Rogers No Additive Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil, Coconut
0.13 tsp Sea Salt
2 cup, quartered or chopped Apples
1/4 cup Splenda
16 grams Cornstarch
1 tsp Almond Extract

Recipe Directions for APPLE FRUIT TARTS

  1. Combine both flours with cold coconut oil and salt to make pie crust. Add cold water (4 Tbls) to combine.

  2. Line 3" dia fluted pie tins with crust.

  3. Cook on stovetop apples until natural juices appear.

  4. Add Splenda and cornstarch (blend together) to apple mixture stir until thickened. Add almond extract.

  5. Spoon in to pie shells and bake at 360 for 30-40 minutes until brown and bubbling. Serves 6
