1/2 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoons crumbled butter
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 pinch cinnamon
2 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Apple Filling

  2. slice apples; arrange on baking dish

  3. small bowl: water, flour, butter until no lumps

  4. add brown sugar and cinnamon until smooth

  5. pour over apples; cover with foil; 40 min.

  6. stir every 10 min.
