Recipe Ingredients for Apple Empanada

4 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 oz Box White Chocolate Flavored Jello Pudding Mix (Fat Free, Sugar Free)
8 oz Apple Sauce (Cinnamon)
1 Apple (Peeled, Chopped)
1 T Sugar
2 t Cinnamon
1 T Honey
1 T Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
6 Flour Tortillas (98% Fat Free)(Medium Soft Taco Size)

Recipe Directions for Apple Empanada

  1. Whip cream cheese with applesauce and dry pudding mix.

  2. Fold in Apple

  3. Mix 2 T Sugar and 1 T cinnamon in small bowl.

  4. Scoop filling mix into tortilla and roll.

  5. Spray with butter flavored cooking spray.

  6. Sprinkle cinnamon mix over each serving. Discard remaining mix.

  7. Bake 350 for 15 minutes.

  8. Drizzle honey over each serving.

  9. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.

  10. Serve warm.

  11. Serving size - 1 dessert
