Recipe Ingredients for Apple Dutch Baby

6 tablespoons butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup milk
4 large eggs
4 small apples
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Apple Dutch Baby

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Place 4 tablespoons butter into a 9" glass casserole pan and place in heating oven to melt.

  2. Peal and slice apples. Place the flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs and remaining butter into the bowl a whisk well. Pour the batter into the preheated pan. cover with sliced apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  3. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until the edges are puffed and brown. Top with honey, syrup or apple sauce.
