Apple Dumplings Recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Dumplings

2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c sugar
1 t vanilla
1 Cinnamon to taste
8 oz Mountain Dew
2 Granny Smith Apples (sliced)
16 crescent rolls

Recipe Directions for Apple Dumplings

  1. Cut apples in half, then quarters, 8 slices per apple.

  2. Roll each slice of apple in a crescent roll.

  3. Place in a buttered 9 X 13 pan.

  4. Melt butter, add sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour mixture over roll/apple.

  5. Pour Mountain Dew around the edges of pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

  6. Bake at 350 for 35-40 min. Serve warm.
