Fresh apple biscuits - very soft, delicate texture

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Drop Biscuits

1 cup spelt flour
3/4 cup oat flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup low-fat yogurt
1 cup apples

Recipe Directions for Apple Drop Biscuits

  1. Mix dry ingredients together

  2. Mix wet ingredients together

  3. Combine, but don't over mix

  4. Bake at 400F for 14 minutes

  5. Can sprinkle with oat topping before baking: 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp agave
