Recipe Ingredients for Apple and dried fruit oatmeal breakfast

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 an apple
2 tbsp dried apricots
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp sliced almonds
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tsp honey
1 pinch of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and ginger

Recipe Directions for Apple and dried fruit oatmeal breakfast

  1. cook oats as directed on stove top in 1 cup water.

  2. while oats are cooking chop apple and microwave in a small bowl for 30 seconds

  3. add apple to oats

  4. chop apricots

  5. add the spices

  6. when oats are done add the dried fruit

  7. put in bowl/mug and top with nuts/coconut and honey.
