Recipe Ingredients for Apple and date flapjack

225 g margarine
225 g light brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
350 g porridge oats
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 apples
200 g dates

Recipe Directions for Apple and date flapjack

  1. 180 deg C 25 mins

  2. melt honey, marg and sugar in saucepan

  3. cook apples and date in water for 5 mins

  4. add oats to honey mix

  5. layer half of oats mix then put on apples and dates then cover with rest of mix
