The recipe for this sauce calls for 8 chicken breast..It makes quite a bit of sauce and I use a lot on my rice, for this reason I said it only makes 6 servings. I left the chicken out so I can add the amount of chicken I ate seperatly.

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Curry Sauce for Chicken

3 tbsp becel
2 small onions, chopped
2 apples, peeled, cored, and finely chopped
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp curry powder
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Apple Curry Sauce for Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C)

  2. Saute apple and onion in margarine until tender. Add curry powder and saute 1 minute more. Add flour and continue to cook 1 minute longer. Add stock or broth and milk; stir well.

  3. Salt and pepper your chicken to taste and lay ina single layer in a 9x13 (or larger) baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken and bake 45min to 1 hour or until chicken is done.

  4. *this was the perfect mild curry flavour for me but on the website I got it from, many were saying that they doubled up on the curry. The sauce is very creamy and thick.
