Apple crunch dessert made with apples and cinnamon with a butter and flour topping.

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Crunch


Ingredients:
4 medium apples
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp margarine

Topping:
3/8 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp margarine
1/8 cup egg beaters

Recipe Directions for Apple Crunch

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. Chop Apples.

  3. Mix apples, 1 cup of sugar and cinnamon in small bowl; coating apples well.

  4. Place mix in a greased 8-inch baking dish and dot with the 1 tablespoon of margarine.

  5. In separate bowl, combine topping ingredients; stir until blended then pour over apples.

  6. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
