Recipe Ingredients for apple crumble

880 g cooking apples
3 tbsp sugar
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 teaspoon lemon peel
80 g butter
75 g cane sugar
175 g wholemeal flour
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
30 g chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for apple crumble

  1. cook apples, sugar, cinnamon and lemon peel

  2. mix other ingredients to crumbles

  3. put in ovenproof dish. first apples then crumbles on top

  4. cook in a pre-heated oven at 170C for 30 mins.
