Apple Crumble Recipe

Bake at 400. Serve warm topped with whipped cream, if desired

Recipe Ingredients for APPLE CRUMBLE

8 oz cream cheese, honey nut flavor spread
64 vanilla wafers, coarsely crushed
2 lbs apples, peeled & chopped
1/4 cup sugar
4 t ground cinnamon

Recipe Directions for APPLE CRUMBLE

Heat oven to 400. Mix cream cheese & wafer crumbs with fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Do not overmix. Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon; spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with crumb mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes or until topping is lightly browned and appleas are tender. Serve warm. Top with Cool Whip if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
