This recipe is lightened up with Splenda sweetner and light butter.

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Crumble

4 medium apples, chopped
1/2 cup Splenda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp light butter

Topping:
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup light butter

Recipe Directions for Apple Crumble

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix chopped apples, Splenda and cinnamon in small bowl coating apples well.

  3. Place mix in a greased 8 inch baking dish and dot with 1 tbls butter.

  4. In separate bowl, combine the ingredients for the topping. Cut the butter into the topping until crumbly. Sprinkle oats mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
