Easy breakfast or desert crumb cake. 15 servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Crumb Cake

2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
3/4 cup Butter
1 can (21 oz) Pie Fillings
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 tsp Cloves, Ground

Recipe Directions for Apple Crumb Cake

Preheat oven to 350*. In a large bowl; combine all dry ingredients. Cut butter into dry mixture, using pastry blender, until fine & crumbly. Add eggs, mix with a fork, until all is moistened, but still crumbly in texture. Press half of the crumb mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Top with Apple Pie Filling. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top. Bake for 35-40 min.. (Can use 2 cans of filling)
