Low calorie take on classic apple crisp

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Crisp

3 apples, chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Apple Crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Coat an 8x8 square baking pan with cooking spray, set aside.

  3. Peel and core apples and chop into 1" chunks and spread evenly in prepared baking pan.

  4. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients until coarse crumbs form. Sprinkle over apples.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until apples are tender.

  6. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt or coll whip.
