Based on cdkitchen.com apple-ritz crips. From taste it needs to be more sweeter and better developed rather than throwing raw apples onto the pan. For those expert cooks please e-mail me on what I could do better on this recipe (still making it healthier but more flavorful like apple pie). Thanks!

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Crisp

1 jumbo egg
1 tbs butter
3 servings Ritz Crackers, crushed
1/5 cups brown sugar
3 tbs lemon juice
1/2 medium banana
3 apples, peeled, thinly sliced
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs cinnamon, ground
3 1/2 graham crackers, large rectangle

Recipe Directions for Apple Crisp

  1. Mix crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon. Then mix butter and egg.

  2. Mix liquid with crumbs mixture.

  3. Arrange apple slices in 9" pie plate (or anything else).

  4. Pour lemon juice onto apples and pat crumb mix gently over apples

  5. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes or until apples are tender and top is browned.

  6. Serve warn topped with nonfat vanilla yogurt, Cool Whip Whipped Topping, or whipping cream.
