Recipe Ingredients for APPLE CRISP

4 c apples, thinly sliced and peeled (about 5 apples)
1/3 c sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon

TOPPING:
1/2 c oats
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp margarine or butter

Recipe Directions for APPLE CRISP

  1. Heat oven to 350. In 1 qt casserole, combine apples with 1/3 c sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon.

  2. In small bowl, combine all topping ingrediewnts except margarine. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over apples.

  3. Bake covered for 30 min. Uncover and bake 15-20 mn until apples are tender.
