Apple crisp, modified with SPLENDA brown sugar blend and smart balance.

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Crisp

2 apples, sliced
3 tbsp SPLENDA Brown Sugar Blend
3 tbsp Smart Balance
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Apple Crisp

  1. Slice apples and put them in a small baking dish (6 inch diameter baking dish).

  2. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.

  3. Use a blender to mix Smart Balance, flour, sugar, oatmeal and cinnamon.

  4. Crumble the mixture over the apples.

  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until apples are juicy and soft.
