Recipe Ingredients for Apple Crisp

1/3 cup oatmeal
3 tbsp. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. margarine, Imperial
1 tbsp. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
2 tbsp. Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
6 cups apples, diced, skins on
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener

Recipe Directions for Apple Crisp

Mix oatmeal, flour, 2 tbsp. Splenda and brown sugar in a bowl. Cut in margarine and blend well, set aside. Dice apples with skins on (Red Rome apples or Granny Smith, if Granny Smith increase Splenda to 1/2 cup) and sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg and Splenda on top, mix well. Place apples in 1 cup baking dishes sprayed with butter flavored Pam. Sprinkle oatmeal mixture over the top of the apples and spray top of oatmeal with butter flavored Pam. Bake at 350 for 40-50 mins. till apples are tender and topping is slightly browned.
