1/8 of 1 1/2 qt glass baking dish

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Crisp

8 apples
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup flour
2 T. corn starch
3/4 cup quick oatmeal
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Apple Crisp

  1. Pare and core apples

  2. Cut apples into ungreased baking dish

  3. Cut room temp butter into the dry ingredients

  4. Use gluten free flour mix

  5. Spread loosely over the apples.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees

  7. Until bubbly and golden brown

  8. Chill or serve slightly warm

  9. With ice cream or whipped cream, if desired
