Recipe Ingredients for APPLE CRISP

4 medium cortland apples
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon butter
2 oz rolled oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
4 tablespoons brown sugar

Recipe Directions for APPLE CRISP

  1. Mix oatmeal, spices, oil & melted butter and brown sugar together, set aside.

  2. Sprinkle cut apples with 1/2 the cinnamon & nutmeg mixed with 2 packets of Truvia.

  3. Divide evenly into baking dishes, top with the oatmeal mixture.

  4. Bake until the apples are at desired softness
