Baked Apples with Oat Crumble Topping

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Crisp

8 Apples, small, seeded and diced
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Splenda
1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Brown Sugar, Packed
1/2 cup Splenda
2 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light

Recipe Directions for Apple Crisp

  1. Seed and dice apples and coat in Lemon Juice, Cornstarch, Cinnamon and 1 Tbsp Splenda; set aside.

  2. In large mixing bowl, combine Whole Wheat Flour, Rolled Oats, Brown Sugar, remaining Splenda and I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (Light). Stir until mixture is moist and crumbly.

  3. Put apples at bottom of large casserole dish and top with crumble. Bake at 350 until top is lightly browned, about 1 hour.
