Apple Crisp made healthy, low fat and low calorie dessert.

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Crisp

12 apples
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cup rolled oats
5 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup egg substitute
4 tbsp honey
3/4 cup splenda

Recipe Directions for Apple Crisp

  1. Peel and cut apples into slices. Put in the bottom of a 13x9 pan. Mix together 1/4 cup splenda and 2 tsp cinnamon in a small bowl, then mix into the apples.

  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and then spread the mixture over the top of the apples.

  3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until apples are soft.
