Recipe Ingredients for Apple Crisp

3 1/2 medium apples
3/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter

Recipe Directions for Apple Crisp

  1. Pare apples. Slice thin. Arrange in greased 8" round pan.

  2. Combine oatmeal, sugar, flour and spices; cut in butter. Sprinkle over apples.

  3. Bake in 350 oven for 35-40 min.

  4. Serve warm with cheese wedges, whipped cream, ice cream, or just plain.
