My version of apple crisp, using ground graham crackers and flax seed instead of flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Crisp

4 medium (3") Apples
1 tbsp, ground Flaxseed
2 crackers Grahams Honey
0.33 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
6 teaspoon Truvia
3 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Apple Crisp

  1. Core, slice apples, place in 8 X 8 pan sprayed with Pam. Drizzle lemon juice over apples (optional).

  2. Grind graham crackers and flax seed to flour consistency, add remaining ingredients, mix until if is crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.

  3. Bake 375 degrees 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and apples are tender. Cut into 9 pieces.
