Baked apples with a crispy oats topping

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Crisp

2 teaspoon Light Brown Sugar
3 Apple Red Delicious Apples
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
45 grams Jungle Oats Rolled Oats
0.25 cup Organic Cereal

Recipe Directions for Apple Crisp

  1. Peel, core and dice apples

  2. Mix the apples with 5ml sugar and half teaspoon cinnamon

  3. In a separate bowl mix the oats, oat bran, Flora, remaining sugar and cinnamon. Combine until the marg is evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

  4. Place the apples in a baking dish or individual ramekins or similar. Top the apples with the crumble mixture.

  5. Place the dish in a preheated 180 deg oven for 30 minutes

  6. Serve with light custard
