Recipe Ingredients for Apple Crisp with Raisins

4 medium (3") Apples
5 oz Sugars, Brown
4 oz Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
4 oz Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.33 cup Butter
4 oz Raisins

Recipe Directions for Apple Crisp with Raisins

  1. Heat oven to 375F. Grease 8x8x2 baking dish/pan.

  2. Place apple slices in pan. Mix remaing ingreients using a fork until thoroughly mixed. Sprinkle over apples. Bake 30 minutes or until apples are tender and top is golden brown.

  3. Variation: Cherry Crisp

  4. Substitue one can of cherry pie filling for the apples; use less sugar. No raisins.
