Recipe Ingredients for Apple Crisp (low fat)

1 1/2 cup oatmeal
4 tbsp splenda
4 tbsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 apple
1/3 cup wheat flour

Recipe Directions for Apple Crisp (low fat)

  1. Add 1 1/2 cup of uncooked oats to 2 cups of water.

  2. Then add 4 tbsp of cinnamon, 1/3 cup of wheat flour, one tbsp of baking powder and mix. Slice up apples and layer the bottom of a baking dish. Pour the oats and mix over the oats and cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
