Recipe Ingredients for Apple crisp cups

6 apples
1 cup apple juice
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cups oats
1/8 cup flour
3 tbsp butter
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ginger

Recipe Directions for Apple crisp cups

  1. poach apples in juice, add vanilla (can also thicken w/a little cornstartch)

  2. Meanwhile mix everything else w/soft butter to make the crumb topping.

  3. Divide apple mixture evenly in 6 cupcake liners and bake at 375 until crumb topping shows signs of browning around the edges (15-20 mins).
