Filling salad, I use Ken's Healthy Options Sweet Vidalia Onion dressing with this. Can also add grilled chicken for extra protine.

Recipe Ingredients for apple crasin salad

1 tbsp slivered almonds
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 tbsp Craisins
2 tbsp red onion
1/4 cup sliced apple
1 teaspoon parmesean cheese
5 leafs romaine lettuce

Recipe Directions for apple crasin salad

  1. shread lettuce add to bowl

  2. then add 4 first ingredients

  3. slice apples into bite size pieces, add to top

  4. sprinkle with parmesean cheese

  5. Add dressing of your choice (not included in nutrition information)
