Recipe Ingredients for Apple-Cranberry-Walnut Baked Oatmeal

1 cup oatmeal
1/8 cup brown sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup Pure Almond Original
113 g .25 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 apple
2 tbl Dried Cranberries
1 tbl walnuts

Recipe Directions for Apple-Cranberry-Walnut Baked Oatmeal

Combine wet & dry separately. Stir together then stir in chopped apple & cranberries. Sprinkle top with walnuts - bake for 20 min in a pre-heated oven (350 degrees) -
