Apple & Cranberry Stuffed Pork Chops

Recipe Ingredients for Apple & Cranberry Stuffed Pork Chops

10 oz. pork chops, boneless, lean
1 apple
1/4 cup cranberries, dried
1/8 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter, unsalted
1/16 tsp. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Apple & Cranberry Stuffed Pork Chops

  1. Mix thoroughly in small bowl: Diced apple, cranberries, brown sugar, butter.

  2. Cut small pocket into each pork chop

  3. Stuff chop with apple mixture; use toothpick to close if needed

  4. Lightly spritz chops with olive oil spray

  5. Place on cookie cheet in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until pork is cooked
