Recipe Ingredients for Apple, Cranberry, Pear Salad

1 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
2 serving Balsamic Vinegar
0.25 cup Olive Oil
1 medium (3") Apples
1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears
0.25 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
10 oz Mesclun Pack
0.25 cup, crumbled, not packed Blue Cheese
0.13 cup Chopped Walnuts

Recipe Directions for Apple, Cranberry, Pear Salad

  1. Whisk the mustard and vinegar together in a small bowl. Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking to create a dressing; set aside.
