1 cup Steel Cut Oats Hot Cereal
1 medium apple Apples
1/3 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
2 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 oz Medium Amber Maple Syrup

Recipe Directions for Apple Cranberry Oatmeal

  1. bring 4 cups water to a boil

  2. add 1 cup steel cut oats

  3. cook on low heat, stirring often, for 20 minutes

  4. add chopped apple, cranberries, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and maple syrup

  5. cook 10 more minutes
