Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cranberry Bran Muffins

2 c bran
1/2 c brown sugar
2 T baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t ground ginger
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
1 large egg
1 c skim milk
1 T canola oil
1/3 c craisins

Recipe Directions for Apple Cranberry Bran Muffins

Mix dry ingredients and craisins in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a measuring cup, whisking to break up the egg. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, and mix just to combine. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full; bake in 425 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
