Add 2 c. Curves Whole Grain Crunch Cereal to dry ingredients and figure it into the recipe. (Not figured in)

Recipe Ingredients for Apple - Cran Muffins

3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c. skim milk
2 T. canola oil
1/4 c. egg substitute
1 1/4 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. baking powder
3/4 t. baking soda
1/2 c. dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Apple - Cran Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Place paper cup in each of 12 regular size muffin cups. Coat bottoms with cooking spray.

  3. In large bowl, mix wet ingredients until blended.

  4. Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened.

  5. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.

  6. Bake 18 - 22 min, until golden brown.
